Lee Cullivan of Belmont, aka shoothead on Flickr and a two-time First Place winner of our monthly contests (the Motion theme and the Jobs theme), has been nominated as an AMD VISIONary photographer.

AMD, or Advanced Micro Devices, is based in California but has offices in several Boston suburbs. Its VISIONary of the Year award, new this year, is designed to promote its VISION technology by honoring outstanding photographers, foodies, and entrepreneurs.

Lee is one of three photographers, and nine nominees total, who are vying for the title of VISIONary of the Year and the $20K that comes with it.

The nice thing about going to the AMD site and voting for Lee is that by voting, you're automatically entered to win a trip to Tokyo, a Canon EOS 5D Mark II, a Manhattan epicurean experience, or a $4,000 technology shopping spree. (You have to vote in all three categories to be eligible for all the prizes.)

And you can vote an unlimited number of times!

Here's the AMD site where you can watch videos about the nominees and vote.

Lee for VISIONary!
