Comment on: Bruins trade Yury Alexandrov to Islanders - bruins blog - Boston Globe hockey news
Guess Trent's bonus clause was a trip to the left coast for a weekend with the stars. Hope he doesn't play as I think his on ice winning % with the Bs is about .080(one victory ever).

Comment on: Final: Caps 4, Bruins 3 - bruins blog - Boston Globe hockey news
And yours. Since their stats were so good in Jan-Apr., then they shouldn't have lost the cup. Stats are nice, but that's why they play the games.

Forum Post: Turco not eligible to play in the playoffs, WHY?
Please bury the idea that Turco is a solid backup. He couldn't beat out Ray Emery in Chicago and couldn't find employment on 29 other rosters. The only reason he is in Boston is because Khudobin is in more »

Not one of the "Bruin faithful" who feels relaxed about Kampfer's play. He is where he belongs. Any thought of him as the 7th Dman in case someone goes down in the playoffs is laughable. Opposing forw more »

Comment on: 'Rick Nash in same position as Joe Thornton once was'
Hey KPD, the reason Marchand didn't get fined or suspended was because Shanahan had to admit the hit was legal and the call was a mistake (although he didn't say that). Your obvious distaste for March more »

Can't believe the number of posters who seem to believe getting anyone to replace ThorNton will guarantee the Bs another Cup. I'll bet PC wishes being a GM was as easy as that.

Great thoughts! I think Corvo is gone at the deadline for anything he can bring. Kelly, if he reaches 25 goals, may opt to test the market a la Martin LaPointe. So he may go in a deal for a #2 or #3 D more »

Turco has to play. TT needs a break. Based on last year, TT may have to play 28 games in a row, so resting him up as the season winds down is absolutely necessary.
