Can't agree. It's because they are selfish, period. Shovel it out onto the sidewalk, move your car and then shovel the sidewalk snow into the space your car once was.

It doesn't need recharging when it's cold. The portable devices you speak of also run on batteries and will experience the same problem. Warm it up, and it's charge will become available!

I put a hand warmer next to it when I'm skiing. Works fine, lasts a long time, even at fifteen below.

Last time I rented from U-haul in Medford, I believe they have a very explicit prohibition/warning about driving on Storrow Drive. I haven't seen any U-Hauls sliced lately. Probably rentals "from away more »
