    To me, you shouldn't be penalized for a violation that isn't valid (ignoring a Memo). The commisioner can't change the rules.  Rules changes have to be voted on by all 32 teams' owners to be changed. more »

    Also, that play in that situation is generally a fairly high percentage play to either score or at worst get the ball knocked down and stop the clock.  Not to get intercepted.  That was the anamoly.  more »
