    It's nice to have your heart rate, so you can learn what's a normal rate for you. Especially if you jog and exercise. Also, I'd like to know how many steps I take. The sleep information I'm just curio more »

    Pingo this one doesn't run on batteries. You wear it like a watch/bracelet. It charges and should last 5 days. It also tracks how many flights of stairs you take daily, the miles walked, etc.--------- more »
