    Because by then the weather forecast was in ... cold and wet.   Someone at the Colts ... or somewhere else ... actually studied in advance how PSI in footballs reacts to weather and planned this out . more »

    Yes, Tom Brady will admit that he deflated the footballs after the refs inspected them.  He threw the footballs so hard that a few tenths of a pound of PSI came out of each one.
