Yes, the pick is pushing it. It was for taking on an old guy, a hefty cap hit,  and giving up 2 relative youngsters.   No one knows who Boston might get, but I do bet there is a big move coming from e more »

Think about Jumbo setting up.Pastrnak for one-timers.  I.mean the guy made Cheecho a 50 goal scorer.   40 assists this year and a point per game....no Bruin is even close to those numbers.  You would more »

Thanks Chowda...the thought came into my head after watching San Jose play last night.  I think San Jose ends up making a big move.  They desperately need a goalie, youth, and some new bodies. Luc Duf more »

This move is purely on the specualtiom DK will not be back or at 100% for playoffs.  The worst case scenario is that Jumbo becomes Vinny part 2 but they are different players.  Luc Dufour was as tough more »

    3 problems with Kessel...

$ is 8 mill for longer term

    Kessel won't replace DK

With the Sharks struglling and the B's need for a center with DK's statutus, how about this whopper? Kelly, Soderberg, & Subban. for Jumbo and a pick. Jumbo is 6.75 for next 2.  We won't resign Carl a more »

No complaints here.  Shots were there, chances were there, zone time was there, puck possession was there, power play was excellent....Bruins dominated; they just couldn't put it past Lack.    Bruins more »

I like the size of 68.  He might be a better option than Cunny. I loved the shot off the faceoff by 51.  Too bad it hit crossbar otherwise some people might be singing a different tune. Luc Dufour was more »

Unfortunate.  He was the most steady of the defensive corps (and not as prone to major brain cramps).  He had my vote for 7th player.
