Arlington Town Hall would work for you, as would Community Rowing. Maybe Springstep in Medford, though I don't know about the outdoor space.

When we saw the venue set up for a wedding, the owner said they could seat about 25 ppl. on the dance floor for the ceremony. We may have fewer tables (only expecting 100 total) and won't have a DJ, s more »
