About Me: Besides helping people buy and sell real estate, I love to read, travel,scuba,walk my dog everywhere, sew a quilt now and again. I don't like to cook up a storm anymore but I still love to eat, drink and be merry. Like to spend with my family and nothing more satisfying than a good belly laugh! My friends are important to me as well. And gosh, do I wish there were more hours in a day!

    I see the same thing happening in my town as mspitzer. Most of it goes to the schools and its a good thing! It would cost more to go to a private school. But they could at least pick up the trash! more »

    I always warn my sellers to expect a low ball offer. It is going to happen even if the house is priced right. It is up to the seller's agent in my opinion to educate the buyer's agent why an offer is more »
