I agree with Belichick over Elway. Not many are better than Bill. But, we do play in a ridiculously weak division and that helps win games if you are always playing weaker opponents.

With the Cup Year exception, Chia has been slow to make a deal. That year he dealed early and it paid off. Other years, not so much. Only Phillips would help now, that's not gonna happen.
