if Massachusetts passes such a law, then our MA drivers licenses might not be accepted by the TSA at the airport later this year, as the licenses would not be Real-ID compliant. Google Real ID and c more »

The Judge's action--a stay-- is actually quite common in situations such as this, and has almost no bearing on and thus cannot be used as a predictor for how the full court will rule.
