Is the LW a guy? Doesn't say anywhere in the letter. Also, this letter smells kinda fake to me - the likelihood of a guy writing a letter like this is quite small.

You probably meant more fiber when you wrote "dense nutritional content" as food with more fiber tends to make one feel full.
