Just get into the playoffs. Anything can happen then.

If there is a bigger spoiled jerk on this planet than Gomer, I don't know who it is. I wish nothing but the worst for this primadona.

They have Roger Goodell and the officials on their side. They should be arrogant. As long as all of their opponents touchdowns get called back by penalties and all of their fumbles are given back to more »

Just about every NFL fan I talk to, regardless of which team they root for, believes that the season is being blatantly rigged so that Gomer can be handed a SB ring. It's unbelievably obvious if you more »

As was the case last year, my biggest concern when it comes to facing Denver late in the season or the playoffs is the officiating and Goodell's stamp on the games. I truly believe that the league re more »

I was kind of thinking the same thing. Let's hope the end result is the same as the old days!

Manning gets drilled, hurts his neck, and then sexually assults a female trainer after the game...just like he did in college.

Denver is just a dishonest, attrociuos organization. Players are Roid Users (Von Miller) and sexual assulters (Gomer). They are an absolute joke.

If we can hold him to a passer rating even close to that this weekend, I'll be ecstatic. Tough to do when he is throwing the Marshall/Jeffery/Forte/Bennett, but we will see if our D is up to the chal more »

I think made made our trade for the year in Ayers. The V-Jax/Fitz thing will never happen. Pipe dream.

Man I do hate injuries, but part of me is always intrigued to see how the fill-in player(s) do. I'm just guessing, but I bet Moore/Easley will split time to try and fill in for Jones. Those are huge more »

Actually we gave them our 6th for Ayers and their 7th. Pretty much the same as swapping 7ths. Still have the same amount of picks. Like this move.

All we're doing is swapping 7th Rnd picks with them. Sweet. Not even losing a draft pick. More or less just taking on his contract (which is a rookie deal...2nd Rnd pick in 2010). I wouldn't expec more »

They definitely needed depth at LB. I don't think this can hurt

You are thinking of Robert Ayers, the DE. This is a different guy. Akeem Ayers is a LB out of UCLA. Many draft gurus had him tied to NE a few years ago when he was coming out of college. Could be more »

I'm sure he will be out there, probably with a cast.

Maybe. I don't think it would be a bad idea to sign him cheap and see what he's got left. That might work out better than trading away a draft pick for a similar player.
