Two of Manning's picks were wrong routes or wrong throws. Either the receiver broke the wrong way, or Manning's aim was off by about three feet.

Great read, great stuff from Slater. He knows a thing or two about special teams play...

Cincy is potentially dangerous, but are they better now than when the Pats beat them by a bunch? Dalton is an odd dude. One moment he looks probowl worthy, the next he's missing guys wide open by fou more »

Going out on a limb here, but I don't think we see the Denver in NE matchup people are expecting. If Manning plays anything at all like he did last night, I think Denver goes out in round one.

If Jones had stayed healthy...
Anyone for Edelman?

Yeah, that's some serious scratch. But he's arguably the best catcher in MLB in a long time.
Jake Peavy just got $43 million for two years. Guaranteed. That is nuts.

You really think Rexy would be an upgrade for this D? Doubt it...

I hate them, too. But I think the defense wants to put up points by any means necessary. Rather see them hit the ground than lateral, but I love that they makes plays after ints.

C rap. There goes my score. I had Cincy 24-20 over Denver. Unless they pull off two safeties...

Broncos are going nowhere. I can't believe this team is 11-3. Early in this game, but Cincy's D is all over it right now.

Thankfully NE didn't end up having to go for it on fourth, because they probably would have. Pats got the benefit of the spot, imo. But there's no doubting the sick LaFell catch on the sideline on 3r more »

Nailbiter. Jets aren't going to do much scoring, but the Pats need a run game to win this one. Sloppy conditions today.

Nice analysis. I think it's a subective stat and one that's a bit specious. Teams that are really bad, are often among the worst in ToP. And teams that are outstanding, are usually among the tops i more »

They're good/great at every defensive position, and their redzone D has been stellar. Nice combo to have.

If it did come down to a scenario where a Bills' win would get them in, I think NE would play their starters to keep the Bills out altogether.
