    For what it's worth, on Ramirez's walk the Ump also lost the count.

    He didn't award the base until he remembered the count.

    When Pedey returns, you start Holt at first.  Try it for a series.  Can't hurt. 

    I know, he's undersized at that spot, and he's a righty.  But he's played it before with good results.

    A lot of these guys could play first with even a bit of experience.  Holt could play this position better than most. Even a mediocre first basemen who can hit a flyball with a man on third will offset more »

    Hate to be a pessimist, but if the Sox were in the central they'd be about 13 games out of first. But they are playing somewhat better ball right now.  If bats can get (and stay) hot for a couple week more »

    It's going to go to court.  No way Goodell vacates the entirety of this punishment, and Brady should fight every single inch of it.  The hearing is just a step along the way, imo.
