When I sold beer at the Orange Bowl I was treated to the "hook and lateral" and Fumblerooski. I don't know if you guys remember those.

Martin Luther King got heckled by Mahalia Jackson's "tell them about the dream, Martin."If Baker didn't want a witness, why did he ask to get one?

There are farms in Haverhill, although neighbors blocked a pig farm recently. When we played Lynn High our opponents referred to us as "farmers." 'Cause they were from the big city.

If they hadn't shown that song in the movie, you'd think the backup singers were girls. The Grease Band were great. Henry McCollough went on to play with Wings. And the bass player went to Motown.

I wish there were a way to pay them to stop ringing that bell.

I saw him play a couple times in the Orange Bowl. That cat could throw.

The union made him do it. He wanted to be an independent contractor. So they couldn't tell him what time he had to show up.

Looks like he got away with one on Chung's pick, so maybe it will be a net plus. I like his attitude. He definitely gets into the game.

Many posters are glad that we have a "shoot first" policy. Mancima makes many good points b/c he knows what he's talking about.

They really scored 30, but a fantastic play was taken away. Rivers led the tight end into trouble, so why blame Browner. A receiver is going to take a few high hits. At least you can defend yourself. more »

I can still picture him skating across the blue line with the puck. I thought he was at least 6'5". Turns out the other players were just short. more »

They're lucky to be indentured servants. And while we're on the subject, how can the gubmint tell me I have to pay $7/hr. I got some people right here that will do it for half that. more »
