Moved here from San Francisco years ago...one thing Boston does not have is the warmer side of the Bay. Cape Cod is only good for the summer!

This has nothing to do with teen pregnancy, she's 24 with a 2 year old. Education is key and unfortunately for some, it's still out of reach based on their personal decisions in life.
