You usually don't see this type of thing in such vibrant, welcoming neighborhoods. Thankfully no one was hurt. I'm out of candles and wouldn't have been able to attend any vigils.

They keep the houses off the market to keep prices stable. If they increase supply by putting houses on the market, it becomes a buyers market and prices/values drop.
