Forum Post: So far, so very good.
Great point on Dickey but at the end of the day, josh Johnson and mark buehrle still need to perform for them. Even if Dickey turns it around

Forum Post: So far, so very good.
My feeling though is that it appears the Sox and Jays have the most well-rounded teams. The only real question that I have with the sox is around the back end of their rotation. Given Dickeys early s more »

1. Lester and Buchholz are back to being elite pitchers 2. Best bullpen in the game hands down 3. Top 3 3B in the game 4. A loaded farm system, arguably the best in 8 years. 5. Iglesias is final more »

Forum Post: Interesting stat on World Sries matchups...
The last 33 World Series have all featured different matchups. That could end this year if the Cardinals and Tigers both advance and set up a rematch of the 2006 world series. I find it amazing that more »

Forum Post: Someone needs to lay out Victor Cruz and lay him out hard
Most overachieving WR in the game with the most annoying TD celebration. Someone needs to lay him out and lay him out hard.

I don't get it. He should be suspended by MLB for his poor play with the Red Sox. more »

Forum Post: Is losing Gonzalez really that big of a deal?
- He was a bad fit in Boston - Although he's one of the better hitters in the game, he was overpaid. You can always find solid 1B that can give you .270, 25 HR and 75-80 RBI for less than a quarter o more »

Forum Post: August 17 Game Thread Sox vs Yanks
Swishwer is one of my most hated Yankees. I hate that smirk. I'd plunk him for acting like that circling the bases. Hopefully we see that in his next at bat. more »

Forum Post: Clay has proven his worth to me
Time to start being fair to Buchholz. He was solid down the stretch in 2009. Was a borderline Cy Young award winner in 2010. Was solid until lost to injury in 2011. Struggled for the first few mon more »

Forum Post: Is it time to start believing in Crawford?
He has quietly put together a solid stat line since his return to the team which is filled with some clutch hits and key runs. We all know he'll never be the $20M player the Sox signed him for, but w more »

Forum Post: This rough season is 100% Josh Beckett's and Jon Lester's fault. No one elses.
You can't spin this any other way. Those are the two people to blame. I'm getting tired of the media and fans calling this "team" unlikeable. It's Josh Beckett and Jon Lester that are not likeable. more »

That was clearly strike 3 with 2 outs top of the 9th... instead, next pitch ends up being a triple down the line. Unbelievable. more »

Forum Post: Vent about the Celtics loss to the Heat
The all ties back to the refs. Too many questionable calls early on KG which changed how they played defensively in the second half and limited his time on the court. This is a big time league probl more »

Forum Post: The Red Sox are a Jon Lester away from having the best rotation in the Bigs.
Buchholz has clearly figured things out and is back to form. Same goes for Beckett. Doubront is turning out to be a good pitcher. Now all they need is Lester back on track and I think you'll be lookin more »

Forum Post: How can you not like the direction that this team is going right now?
There are really a lot of positives to look at here. Meanwhile, there's a team in New York with an awful rotation and a lineup that isn't elite anymore. If Buchholz is starting to figure things out, more »
