How does one have empathy for a demon who killed 3 innocent people and injured 260?  Many will never walk again without a prothesis and years of physical rehabilitation.  Empathy my butt.  I only hope more »

Great column....a lot of humorous information. Fans are influenced, in large part, by what the media has to say. Haynesworth, Senor 85, and Bedard are trying to get off on the right foot and I can't f more »

As A Sox fan living in Cardinal territory, I watched Reyes pitch the past few years. Last year he was like pouring gasoline on a fire. He's washed up and done. Can't get anybody out anymore. St. Louis more »

Thaddeus56 -- Veritek???? Surely you jest. My mother hits better than Veritek and she passed away in 1978. Hopefully, Victor Martinez will be the Sox catcher for many years to come. I think the Sox wi more »

Counting the sidelines and back of the end zones, there's 25 lines on a football field. The only talk that matters is what is done within those lines.  That's where the Patriots do their talking, not more »

I fully support the testing of drivers considered elderly. But waiting until they're 85 is totally absurd. I believe drivers 65 and older should be administered both a written and practical exam. My c more »
