I think Wendell needs to go.  Lafell will be here until Tymes can come back.  I think BB knew he had DL problems.  This is why he made the trades and pickups last week.  I think this is still a work i more »

Feel bad for Welker. He is a great player who played hard.  It is time for him to retire and enjoy what he has left. This will not end well if he keeps playing.  The odds have caught up with him.  A s more »

the average life of a draft pick is 3 years.  Most are out of the nfl by the end of their 3rd year.  The Patriots got a condition pick for a play that was in his last year of his contract.  They were more »

I think he was looking at Kelly as an injury waiting to happen.  Wilfork and Kelly are the same age.  He went for younger players to give them a shot.  Quarles was projected to be a second rounder.  N more »

Aiken was a surprise cut.  I am interested in seeing what happens there.  Maybe Stork? Boyce did not look like he had a clue out there.  He was running the wrong routes and missing signals. Agree with more »

Maybe Brady can do long snapping?????  Or maybe Ott is coming back to allow more blocked punts.

Be lucky to get a 5th for him.  He has shown nothing when he was in there.  Strong arm but too slow in decision making.

This is a joke!  These players are important to the team.  Hooman may be gone but the others are central figures.

Keeping Mallet is a waste of roster space if the thought is that he can replace Brady.  If Brady goes down for an extended period of time, the chances of a playoff team go with him  Mallet or Jimmy G more »

It always takes 2 or more years to get a final read on the draft.  looking back over the last three years give a good picture of the direction that the draft took.  The defense is young and improving. more »

I like the Mankins deal.  He gave up 11 sacks last year.  He has not been the dominate player of old.  He is making a lot of money.  This trade does three things.  1.) Brings in a proven tight end 2.) more »

Jimmy G has played better than Mallet.  He has a sweet pass and quick release.  I think they are trying to see if he can manage an offense for the full game.  Best case will be that he can and Mallet more »

I think Wilson stays.  My surprise cut would be Slater.  Hard to keep Wilson and Ebner if Slater stays.  All three are special teams players.  Wilson has not looked as bad a Chung.

The Peavy trade brought 2 pitchers.  Hopefully the Lester trade will bring some power hitters.  This is a better solution than a first round sandwich pick in next years draft.

kind of early to set the roster. Hopefully there will be some pleasant surprises from training camp.  I would not be surprised to see Slater on the bubble.  Ebner is younger and cheaper.
