We went to the updated one in Waltham this weekend. Much cleaner, better service (a small mixup with the ice creams, no big). Cracker Jack ice cream sundae is inspired. I love the art.

It's not saying no swaddling, it's saying do it so they can still bend their legs. I swaddled up to 3 months (when they usually became too mobile to keep swaddled).

If the eagle is well treated, I don't see a problem with this. Zoo New England has a very educational program at the zoo, I'm sure they are just as professional at the game.

$2400 is double what I've paid rent for a decent apartment, and there is plenty of open housing. Ending this program is a win-win, if it puts families back in regular housing.
