Our taxes are historically low. At least 1/3 of the $787 b stimulus was ill advised tax cuts. If you want tomake things better you have to be willing to invest.

The NIH is not cutting funding. CONGRESS has cut funding. Also though the points in this article are valid, let's not forget the most important measure of health - men die much earlier than women.
