They will have some in developmental league. We can have 4 down there and I'm sure Ainge will look to move some players also but I hope he does it in the beginning so we can develop some chemistry.

I think Fierce is right I would say about 45 wins also. That would be if we don't trade for any future picks and we continue to improve our younger players which we should and it will cost us a few wi more »

I don't think we need to get him but somebody like Dallas or Miami would probably take a flyier on him if they think he can put them over the top in the playoffs. We would have to send a lot in salary more »

I think free agents will come when we have built a team that is close to making a good run in playoffs, none of them want to be part of rebuild even the Lakers didn't sign a premier free agent.

I think we still need to develop what we already have and wait to sign a max player next year if we make strides this year. I worry that if we sign a Tobias Harris or anyone similar to him that we wil more »

I don't think we are ready yet either. We need to continue to develop talent and draft well in order to be a contender again. If we could get Monroe on a reasonable deal he could be a complimentary pi more »

Rondo will get more then the vet minimum but probably not in Boston

In response to Petey62's comment: It seems that we say the same thing after each season - the Celtics first priority has to be a center. We have to go after a center who can provide "some" kind of in more »

It is way to early to tell who will be better in the long run. As for Jimmy and Danny wasn't it Jimmy who picked Randle and is still paying Nash and Kobe. I think Smart is a lot cheaper and has been m more »

Kevin Love might be good but do we want to tie up a lot of cap space for him? I think he would be better in Boston but I like what we got not because they are better they are much cheaper!

I also think we need to go the rookie route. Draft the best player available. Then develop talent and make a move for a free agent in a year or 2 when we have something to offer in trade. I like Rondo more »

I would use the space to take another expiring contract and some more draft picks. Someone like Stat from the knicks and maybe have them throw in Shumpert and a pick. If we get Hayward we will just en more »

This hard to say but I hope he helps the Lakers finish with a better record then us.

Why would we want to give up draft picks for a 2 month rental when we really want to improve our young core while losing to improve our draft position. We can try to get him as a free agent in the sum more »

We could throw in Bayless and I think we have a trade exemption still. The problem will be not going over the cap and I think we can do better thatn that for Humphries.

The only way we trade Wallace is package him with picks or someone like Rondo. We should just buy him out and suffer the cap hit for a few more years.

We probably won't have a chance at #18 for a few years. We will need to clear up cap space which may not be complete until we rid our selves of Gerald Wallace. I like Green and Rondo but if we can tra more »

Your right about that. To bad because the Nets pick is looking pretty good right now. Glad the Celtics were able to beat Atlanta but looks like that pick will be in the late teens or early 20's

I wouldn't make that trade unless they will take back Gerald Wallace. Wouldn't we have more salary next year? I think we can get rid of Lee in a better way then we won't be over the cap next year. Als more »
