It is way to early to tell who will be better in the long run. As for Jimmy and Danny wasn't it Jimmy who picked Randle and is still paying Nash and Kobe. I think Smart is a lot cheaper and has been m more »

Kevin Love might be good but do we want to tie up a lot of cap space for him? I think he would be better in Boston but I like what we got not because they are better they are much cheaper!

I also think we need to go the rookie route. Draft the best player available. Then develop talent and make a move for a free agent in a year or 2 when we have something to offer in trade. I like Rondo more »

I would use the space to take another expiring contract and some more draft picks. Someone like Stat from the knicks and maybe have them throw in Shumpert and a pick. If we get Hayward we will just en more »

This hard to say but I hope he helps the Lakers finish with a better record then us.

Why would we want to give up draft picks for a 2 month rental when we really want to improve our young core while losing to improve our draft position. We can try to get him as a free agent in the sum more »

We could throw in Bayless and I think we have a trade exemption still. The problem will be not going over the cap and I think we can do better thatn that for Humphries.

Have you been watching Perk the last 2 years. Green might be inconsistent but Perk is bad all of the time!!! In response to Petey62's comment: We would be set at the PG, PF and C positions for years t more »

The only way we trade Wallace is package him with picks or someone like Rondo. We should just buy him out and suffer the cap hit for a few more years.

We probably won't have a chance at #18 for a few years. We will need to clear up cap space which may not be complete until we rid our selves of Gerald Wallace. I like Green and Rondo but if we can tra more »

Your right about that. To bad because the Nets pick is looking pretty good right now. Glad the Celtics were able to beat Atlanta but looks like that pick will be in the late teens or early 20's

I wouldn't make that trade unless they will take back Gerald Wallace. Wouldn't we have more salary next year? I think we can get rid of Lee in a better way then we won't be over the cap next year. Als more »

Beating Orlando 2 times and Utah and a lucky win against Miami does not make us a 4th seed just like when we lost the first 4 games makes us the worse team. I like that we are competitive but I see us more »

Let's give Jeff Green some time as he has just returned from heart surgery last season and now has to adapt to a completely different set of players. If he's going nowhere at the trade deadline then more »

Perk would keep us in the lottery but isn't that what we want. I would push for picks in 2014 and 2015 to make our lottery chances even higher. I would trade Rondo also if we let Garnett and Pierce go more »

Rondo may not be a great shooter but he is still able to penetrate, get 10+ assists and shoot at 50% along with being a pretty good rebounder. Rondo may not be perfect but he is a pretty good PG.

I would only get Perk if we can get him cheap. Isn't he a free agent after this season? OKC will probably do a sign and trade or just release him. If Celtics are rebuilding no point in getting Perk. K more »
