About Me: Born into a large catholic family in Boston, raised in Billerica starting at the age of 8. Have had to travel and relocate lots for work. Including in two of our division cities---gives great perspective to the loyalties and hearts of "we" the Boston fans vs, the band-wagon fans of most other places. First lived in Yanks counrty in Greenwich, CT, then off to O's and Baltimore which was great because I could see a lot of the Sox games....even got to see Cal break his playing record and last career game, the very first regular season game at Raven Stadium...and now here in Philly the past 7 yrs or so--- w/ inter-league, get to see the sox when they come here to Philly. And btw, lots of Sox fans here too, I really miss Bova's bread and Regina's's the Red Hat?

In the end, the result is exactly what it was suppose to be---" They are who we thought they are"; the veteran QB vs the rookie, QB and the rookie wasn't going to beat the veteran who's been on an MVP more »

We have to get out of the conference to even think about the likes of the Giants and Saints. Given it is more often about who you play when you play them, I'd more concerned about the Jets.

I think it make sense to use LaRoche as much as you can leading to the deadline. It will help them gauge which players to bring in and what to give up. I'd rest Lowell more then I would Youkilis. Not more »
