Right on Shane. Brady's legacy will be fine. Especially after this season when he becomes the first QB to get five rings.

A stupid statement gets an equally stupid response.

Are you seriously comparing Hernandez and murder to Brady and ball deflation???

Kraft is steaming. I think a law suit is likely if Goodell does not lessen Brady's suspension. The owners meetings this week in San Fran will be huge too.

Are you really comparing the no-cap MLB to the cap NFL?? Talk about apples and oranges. Without a cap, Kraft would have paid Revis. Simple as that.

I like this signing a lot. This guy has got good hands and can return kicks. He also does not have much wear and tear either ...

Well done. So much to be thankful especially these past 12 years when we have had eight world champs across all four sports. I will forever be thankful for Brady for changing the entire climate of Bos more »

Oh great. Another report about "tensions." How weak. We all know Brady is unhappy with the constriction of the team. Who wouldn't be? more »

This isn't about Bill being right because he did want Welker back. This is about the media backlash that the Pats got when Welker CHOSE to leave. As you say, the Pats not had not just one contingency more »

What a horrendous article. You chastise Bill yet say how Mankins is not the same player since 201 0 and was going to eat up a ton of money the next few years. And for all the shots at Rutgers, McCourt more »

Great article. I agree with all of it. Unlike Dan who was going more off a gut feeling then x's and o's this is a great break down of a team that would match up well with any team in the league. The p more »

Of course he back tracked to say the Pats are a great team because if they stink and were only good when they cheated than the Ravens victory rings hollow. Can't have it both ways. Niners will crush t more »

I totally agree about Denver getting knocked out. The Ravens are always a tough out in the playoffs and with the ray Lewis retirement inspiration this has upset all over it. That being said, I just do more »

I love how the Pats lose to teams that have to play twice philiosphy. They played both Denver and Ravens last year in regular season and beat them both in the playoffs. Pretty much any AFC team the pa more »

Houston just does not match up at all with the Pats on both sides of the ball. Their secondary is not nearly good enough and remember Gronk is back and Talib will shut down Johnson making Schaub throw more »

mardak, 42-14 had very little do with luck. Houston should not have even been on the field with the pats. And remember Gronk did not even play. Pats fans are over confident but not the team. Remember more »

Well said A2. This article makes no sense. The pats offense looked amazing crisp and precise in horrific conditions. Your point about passing up the 42 FG should tell you all you need to know. I can't more »

Yeah a bye is still viable for sure. I think the Colts come out blazing. Texans have not been the same since the Pats beat down. They seem lost now.

Glad to get a road win. Tough game. After two huge prime time games, I expected a let down from the Pats. With the Texans loss a bye is still possible. Go Colts! more »
