I've mentionned before that in the evantuality of trading for Kovalchuk, PC might have to include Wheeler and obviously a couple of our high draft picks. However PC and Cam's ''tough to play against'' more »

Leafs. They should finish 10th at the highest in the east this year. There's excitement going on in TO for their toughness (Mike Komisarek??) but I still can't see how they can play dominant hockey. K more »

That trade would be great for sure, as long as we can sign Dubinsky with 1.7 for 1 year. With injuries always happening, it would be great luxury to have 10 ''top 9'' forwards. One question remains: W more »

As soon as Krejci is healthy, who should the Bruins keep as a 13th forward? Marchand? Sobotka? Or an extra D like Wozniewski? more »

But hopefully they put Thornton-Bégin-Bitz together so you can see some beating. Marchand would fit nicely in there as well! Lucic-Komisarek ain't that exciting anymore... it's just a given Lucic will more »

I'm thinking Nashville, Toronto and NY aren't ready to give Kessel 25M/5-years. If so an offer sheet would give them just that and they'd only give up the minimum for Kessel (1st, 2nd + 3rd round pick more »

Chiarelli would have traded Kessel at the draft had Toronto agreed to include their 7th overall pick as part of the deal. Had Burke agreed Zack Kassian would probably be with Boston now and Kaberle wo more »

You're right. If we get a good player back (Dubinsky, Kaberle), we're in the same problem where we need cap room to fit him in. That's why we need draft picks... GOOD draft picks. Either let him walk more »
