What was the rent back then? The city past out an ordinance that requires the maximum of 4 people in an apartment with different last names. Whatever happen to that? But 2 bathrooms for 19 students more »

The attic is probably not an apartment but bedroom(s). Need to have 2 exits if it's an apartment. One property owner I know list an attic a room and the tenants can call it whatever they like.

There's always fire trucks in the vacinity due to people calling rescue because of a drunk party goer in one of the houses passed out every week.
