About Me: I am an attorney practicing in Boston at the firm Breakstone, White & Gluck, PC. My practice is primarily focused on representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.
I am a former president of the Massachusetts Bar Association (2007-2008).
I am interested in promoting an accurate understanding of Massachusetts law and court procedures. I am also interested in promoting logic and civility in political discussions.
As president of the MBA, I had the opportunity to lead the Drug Policy Task Force, which made many recommendations for improving state policies on drug education, drug use prevention, treatment, and sentencing reform. There are several policy changes which I feel will reduce drug use, reduce crime, rebuild families and communities, and save taxpayers money.
