I also remember the late 60's, I remember those cups 70 & 72 cup and mostly, 1979... The 79 team had no business going in overtime against Montreal in the 7th game. They should have lost in 4 games... more »

It could be a blessing; the further the B's will fall, the better the draft pick will be, with a bonus from the leafs. What's the point to finish 7 or 8, have a good run at it and, still loose in the more »

The way the B's have been playing this year, it was time to do a fire sale; however, only Morris got out but I like the trade for Seidenberg. Even Kovalchuk would not have able to get the Bruins out o more »

Also like Wheeler; size, fast, young, get chances. It was also interesting to see Paille with Savard, faster than Lucic and got a few chances. Finally I would like to see Lucic take care of O'Byrne li more »

Last Thursday, Montreal O'Byrne was really effective against the B's. Lucic should go and get after him, just like he did with Komisarek last year: end result - Lucic get some confidence back and get more »

my take is... Prepare for next year. If the B's make it to the playoff they will likely face either the Devils, Pens, Sabres or Caps... not a chance to get by the second round so why bother but!!! Pla more »

First I'm so glad we did not get Kovalchuk, he would have never signed with the B's. We need help for next year as this year is not promissing. Who else is there... Lecavalier; Tampa Bay is being sold more »

I agree to keep all of Bergy, Recchi and Paille; a good defensive line with scoring abilities. Recchi is a workalic... somthing a few of the B's forgot to do this year. I also think that moving Kessel more »

Do not trade for another Sturm, or Ryder, the B's have enough of those 2nd line players, honest but still second line. Go for the best or no trade at all & hope with the draft picks... If the B's go a more »
