Tenents don;t care about what they are renting.. they are entitled to everything for nothing. MAYBE they should charge all renters a $10 fee/yr to be on a credit registry list so that both sides can more »

I would make the same calculation... and up the rent $10/mopnth to cover it. MANY tenants do not care for the property. I once had a family get into a home I owned. The rented on a one year lease. more »

I think if you are going to create a database of info about Landlords ( which I think is great).... then the same database should have listings of DEADBEAT tenants.... because there are both. I am ti more »

I would have raised it $10/month each. Because at some point you are going to have to give up your time to spend with the gov't inspectors....

Scott not sure about Boston Codes.... but in most municipalities of America... the requirements for the codes to be met are determined by when the property got it's certificate of occupancy. I KNOW more »
