This is a parade celebrating St Patrick's day. So the theme of any marchers, float, participant should involve around the Irish heritage and culture and Catholic religion since he is a Saint.

Wrong, it is very easy to get on SSI. I know people that are work and are on SSI. That lie about children living with them, etc. This takes place and nobody seems to care.
