It's a glaring mistake. It is not an enforceable rule unless they were to go with another property, like size dimensions or the actual weight.

Check out the rule. Everyone violated it because they weren't playing with a ball that was 12 1/2 to 13 1/2 pounds. Sucks when you write a rule and don't even know how to use scientific units. more »

Salk was unbearable! I'm sure a nice guy, but GTFO. No idea how that guy has a career in radio. Just started listening to sports radio in the past 12 months, that guy Dale seems pretty good.
