Hull---Beautiful town. Amazing beach. 30 minute Ferry or train access to the city. Surrounded by wealthy communities. An amazingly overlooked opportunity.

Am I missing something. The guy sold the property. Made no arrangement or condition that the sign be retained. I am certian a price adjustment in the sale price might have allowed the signs retention more »

In my experience Real Estate projects succeed of fail base on the cost and value of the land the project will be built on. I bet the numbers don't work because the Turnpike authority is charging too m more »

Too bad they didnt expand service to the seats beyond the very lowest seats. It would have resulted in more jobs, less missed inning and people could have a couple casual beer paced through game rathe more »

UMass has had a terrible time building alumni support and the fact that proud graduates are seeing their children turned away will not help.
