Sorry, but 99.99% of the cyclists already have a driver's license. Yes, some ride a bike like they don't know the rules of the road, but they do have a license. As for taxes, I bet I paid more in taxe more »

They don't ban them, it's a business decision. As in "Is it worth keeping the Hubway bikes out all winter?". It depends on the costs vs. use.

It's a fat bike, great for riding trails in the winter and other riding. He happened to have that bike, and for that day, it was the bike to ride.

Does CO have a law against driving while high? Do they have a way to measure it like blood alcohol content? Just curious.
