I'm just curious: why is it ok to give a kid with raging hormones free condoms, but giving a diabetic kid a needle is "socialized medicine"?

Everything else aside, the reason for the raise is random drug testing. Sorry, but no one should get a huge raise simply because they must prove they showed up to work sober.
