My amendment to the obstruction rule would be this: Rule 7.06-1 Rule Negation - Rule 7.06 is nullified when the runner helps create the conditions for baserunner obstruction.

I grew up in Watertown, started watching baseball as a kid in '67, lived on Hereford St, went to Northeastern, and have friends from Dot and Charlestown and the North End and Medford and all of that. more »
