Where do you get your "facts"? I was not lacking insurance. Self-employed with a good BC/BS family plan. I just got my renewal for the coming year. 5% DECREASE in my premium, PLUS they added coverage more »

Our friends on the right often accuse the courts of "activism". The SJC ruling other than it did would be precisely that. Ironically, from a legal perspective, the SJC was acting conservitively.
