    Posted 01/23/2012 04:51:02 EST

I don't see Tim Thomas not being there at the dog-and-pony show as a big deal. Political or personal reasons, it's his choice, not ours. Last time I checked, as an American he has the right to do what more »

  • Forum Post: Tuukka's Next Contract

    Posted 01/17/2012 12:03:53 EST

I think that 3.75 – 4.5 million (even upto 5), and 3 – 4 years would be a very good framework to start with. If Rask really does want to stay for the long term, that would be team and player friendly. more »

    Posted 11/02/2011 10:22:30 EDT

I've seen Hamill play a few times, I can not imagine he would make any difference. I would rather see Chris Clark get get a shot, and send Pouliot to Reading. more »

  • Forum Post: Why does it take so long to sign Marchand????????????

    Posted 07/31/2011 02:31:14 EDT

I don't see Marchand getting $4,000,000 a year, not after 1 season. He may someday, but I can't see it right now. I would imagine he will be in the $2.75 - $3.25 million range. John Druce had 1 great more »

  • Forum Post: Trade Savard for Salary?

    Posted 07/02/2011 09:25:27 EDT

No need to trade Savvy, his cap is in limbo as along as he is on LTIR, and he also has a no-movement clause. If he ever plays again, it will be with the Bruins, and if he doesn't it will be because he more »

    Posted 06/20/2011 12:48:54 EDT

Mr. Gillis, the Boston Bruins man-handled your Vancouver Canucks, and won the Stanley Cup. Your team whined (just like you); too many times your team tried to draw calls by embellishing.  Raffi Torres more »

  • Forum Post: Do you think the Bruins will trade Thomas in the off season?

    Posted 06/20/2011 12:13:59 EDT

NO. I can't imagine PC doing any deal, and if he did, Thomas would have to agree to go. Tuukka Rask and Anton Khudobin may be a nice pair some day, but not right now.  When you look at the team, Ryder more »

I kind of see him as an 18 - 24 goal guy. Great energy, and really competes hard. But I don't see him as a 30 goal guy, honestly anything in the 20+ range I see as a bonus out of Marchand.
