I'd say the lack of traffic and New Yorkers is a major plus for North Shore beaches.

I have a Sony and I'd never go back, despite how antagonistic the publishing industry is to ebooks. I still buy paper books, but only those worth putting on a shelf or those that just wouldn't work on more »
