    More information about what the LW means by "aggressive" toward people would be helpful. Does she just bark and act wary around strangers? or does she lunge at people on the street? Bite people?

    The staff at the mansfield shelter is very friendly to pit bulls and will not put down a dog that has a chance of finding a home.  I hope you are able to find a happy solution to this problem!
