Forum Post: Nets and Doc Rivers....
In response to puddinpuddin's comment: To suggest that there is a lot of interest in doc and Rondo and KG and CPP.... pure bluffing... or worse. Delusional. DA hasn't a single high card in his hand. M more »

Forum Post: Wyc on 98.5: "I'm the chief fan"
I thought Wyc was somewhat contradictory when he called into the Felger & Mazz' show today. On one hand he said his only focus is Banner #18 but admitted that that he agrees with DA and that the C's a more »

Forum Post: Are we sure Doc is coming back?
My point is that Doc is somewhat responsible for the current status of an organization that some are thinking he may be running from because... He prefers to play and build around vets who may be pass more »

Forum Post: Are we sure Doc is coming back?
In response to concord27's comment: As I watch this thread slide into oblivion consider the Celtics may lose Doc and Garnett and Pierce who all could be headed to the Clippers. I believe there is rea more »

Forum Post: Are we sure Doc is coming back?
In response to concord27's comment: I want Doc back, but today with Del Negro being fired only stokes the fires that KG , Pierce and Doc could end up with the Clippers. Not saying it will happen but more »

Forum Post: Are we sure Doc is coming back?
I touched on this BS a few days ago in another thread. At this point, I get the feeling that DA is lost regarding the direction of this team and maybe his coach senses it too... I think it's just dumb more »

Forum Post: Stephen A: Doc may still leave C's
You may be right but I think it's just dumb that this crap still comes up every year. At the time Doc signed a 5 year deal, everybody thought that the he really liked working with DA, loved the city a more »

Forum Post: Stephen A: Doc may still leave C's
Stephen A. didn’t lend much credence to Danny’s denial about Doc leaving: “Danny Ainge’s words, in this matter, mean nothing to be. Absolutely nothing.” Smith asserts that if Rivers did indeed leave B more »

Forum Post: Don't Let History Repeat Itself
In response to Fierce34's comment: In response to Karllost's comment: Id have to reluctantly agree.. by moving out PP & KG, we might not get much in return (cant really say) but if we bought out PP more »

Forum Post: Don't Let History Repeat Itself
Unfortunately there are a lot of fans out there who feel that PP & KG both deserve to play out the string and retire as Celtics. Maybe they are pink hats and/or just overly sentimental but they seem t more »

Forum Post: Darko admit's he left because of Doc
Yeah, Darko was playing great in the preseason until he tweaked his wrist and had to sit. Then Doc didn't play him as much after the injury and went in another direction with his new bench toys. Darko more »

Forum Post: Stephen A Smith: Doc, PP, KG to Clips for Griffin, Jordan, Bledsoe
Doc's not going anywhere and I think Stephen A. may just be spitballing but what's interesting is that he thinks this will happen sooner than later. Hope something happens though because just don't th more »

Forum Post: Collapse Perplexes Celtics (and Rivers)
So we're not allowed to second guess Doc's coaching, we're not allowed to question the C's FO, and we're not allowed to wonder if Rondo is a true team player and someone that the organization should b more »

Forum Post: Collapse Perplexes Celtics (and Rivers)
I get the tight playoff rotation by Doc because it's worked well in the past. However, the simple answer is that your top 8 players aren't as good and your good players aren't as young as in the past more »

Forum Post: Deep Playoff Run?
Agree, I've been banging my head trying to figure out if it's complacency or something else these past couple months that have turned this team into a shell of it's former self. One thing we know is t more »

Aren't the result of turnovers and poor execution. Sorry Doc, but we're just not talented enough and our star players/leaders are over the hill. How many times when the C's were younger and more talen more »

Forum Post: Save KG for what? Four games and out in the playoffs!
If we do drop and have to face Miami in the first round I have a feeling Lebron won't have much sympathy for us, put a shoe on our neck, and try to sweep the C's to put the past in the past. Fortunate more »

Forum Post: KG's MRI
Wasn't DA the one who dropped the hint a few weeks ago that Rondo might be back this year? Are the C's that desperate for ticket sales?

Forum Post: KG's MRI
Yeah, after going through all the teasing and misinformation from the Celt's FO and medical staff on the injuries to Perk, Shaq, JO, and even KG in the past, I'm not going to believe anything they say more »

Forum Post: How Danny Failed to Build a Competitive Team
In response to hedleylamarr's comment: I think there were two separate deals on the table. 1. KG to LAC for Jordan and Bledsoe 2. PP to ATL for Smith Naturally, you have to deal with KG first, and more »

Forum Post: How Danny Failed to Build a Competitive Team
Good points, but I strongly disagree on the KG to the Clips deal. Every story I've read in both LA and BOS said that was a DONE deal, but KG nixed it. And unless PP was dealt to the same team, he wo more »

Not sure where this would leave Doc & the C's. I'm guessing Doc isn't a big fan because every time I heard someone ask him about Smith last year, he would just roll his eyes.
