I don't know about 2015.  But in 2016, I bet the Giants have the greatest odds of winning the World Series.   LOL

At least Lester did not go to the Yankees.  I'm glad that Lester did not sign with an AL East team.

A good signing for the Yankees.  As for A-Rod, it looks like he may be the DH.

I bet Freidman is enjoying the payroll flexibility of the Dodgers after spending time with the Rays who have not only a low payroll but also only 5,000 fans showing up at Tropicana.   LOL Finding park more »

Best of luck to Lester.  At least he did not go to an AL East rival.

Now watch Scott Boras make Scherzer an even fatter contract than what Lester got from the Cubs.

I don't know the last time I have seen this much hype over a free agent (especially for baseball).

I hope Lester does not pull a Lebron and say, "I'm taking my talents to the Windy City."   LOL

How much do baseball agents make?  5% of a player's earnings?  Or 10%?  Lester's agents are going to be the third most happy people behind Lester and the team that signs him.

For a young and top pitcher like a Sonny Gray then yes, I would trade Xander.

Oakland needs a SS and Boston needs a #1 and #2 starter (Grey would be a #2 starter for Boston).
