Steamer600 has Felix Doubront at 0.0 WAR in 65 innings as a reliever while ZiPS has Doubront at 1.0 zWAR in 128.1 innings.

On the over/under of last year's 71 wins, I'll take the over.
I give weight to the Steamer and ZiPS projections so the Red Sox are likely contenders.
