        As I said, in fairness to Snyder, he saw the discrepancy in Exponents' graph and discussed it in the hearing during his testimony, but somehow others didn't seem to get it (or its importance) and more »

      I have no idea how Berman will rule, but I think no matter what he rules, the likelihood of Brady playing next week is quite high.  If he rules in favour of Brady, then Brady clearly plays.  If he r more »

      I think that's fair.  It's easy to get excited about him given what he showed in camp, but realistically he's still got a ways to go, and probably wouldn't have been a big contributor this year anyw more »

      There's no coaches film for these preseason games unfortunately, but I did watch a bit of the TV feed using the slow motion feature on Game Pass to really look closely at what the DL was doing.  Wha more »

      I think Brady will be playing next Thursday, no matter what the ruling is.  If the judge rules in favour of Brady, then he's clearly playing.  If the judge rules the other way, I think Brady appeals more »
