    That does help, thank you.  I haven't actually gotten to speak to my midwife yet, I only talked to the nurse on the phone yesterday.  Hopefully after I talk to her at my appointment next week I'll fee more »

    hughkona - don't worry about it too much and just do what you can.  My cardio now consists of my walk to and from the T (just over a mile combined) and my workouts consist of light yoga and pilates. I more »
