Giving Garnett and Pierce a day or two off before the playoffs makes sense. But Garnett missed how many games supposedly with a sore ankle? Then they give Terry some time off. Why the heck does he more »

Doc said that KG would have played if it was the playoffs. Instead, he is not going to play him until the playoffs. What's the point? We've been losing with him in the lineup anyway. Rest KG, lose more »

The real issue IMO is that there don't seem to be any consequences for screwing up. Doc says something over and over but since he doesn't ever back that up by doing something, the players just keep o more »

I didn't see the play where he got hurt but my guess is that he did his usual of sticking his leg out towards the defender in an attempt to draw a foul. Couldn't happen to a nicer player!!

It kills me when guys take a jumper and know that it's not going in and don't follow the shot to try for a rebound. How many times do we see 4 guys heading down to the other end of the court when a t more »

KG won't waive his no-trade clause but I bet if they trade Pierce first he wouldn't want to stick around. So, I think Danny may trade Paul for Smith and then pull the trigger on the Cliippers deal eve more »

If Van Gundy replaced Doc I would resign my life long love of the Celtics. There isn't another coach in the league that I despise more than him!

Probably not but it should. I'm from upstate NY and follow Syracuse closely and I've seen Melo play a lot. He can block, rebound and get put-backs. He and Sully are better than Garnett and Bass IMO.

Time to let Pierce and Garnett come off the bench, bring up Melo and start him with Greene, Sully, RR and AB. If Greene doesn't perform as a starter with decent minutes trade him if you can. Same for more »
