I don't see how anyone would think the addition of Hanigan (a 34 y/o career backup) would mean Swihart (the consensus best overall catching prospect in the game at this point) would be going anywhere. more »

That's very optimistic at this point, and pre-season predictions generally mean jack, but if we add a TOTR pitcher, a backup catcher, and maybe an additional bullpen piece or two, I'll take our chance more »

Just a note on prospect evaluation... Young players fail. All the time...it's part of the game. Look through top 100 prospect lists from years past and you'll find they're littered with guys who strug more »
