In a Boston Herald article the author says John Henry has made it clear the Sox need to play young guys now to build for the future.  That said, when Betts comes back, I see him going to CF and Castil more »

Moonslav makes a great case for keeping Iglesias in 2013--something I was very much in favor of at the time--but I think we need to remember that Iggy didn't play much SS in 2013 before he was traded more »

A lot of silliness on this thread, and I'm as guilty as anyone.  Royf19 had the best insight:  he's 70, the perfect time to retire.  Add to that that he is wealthy and can enjoy his retirement and has more »

Sox need to play safe on sandovals injury.  Better still give him a target weight to get to.  The downside is I think Middlebrooks hit 3 dingers in one game, which didn't prove much in the end.  But r more »
