As a general rule, if you find yourself frantically fighting the ocean...then you're doing it wrong. I am not a strong swimmer but I can tread water forever. And I learned how to make myself calm in b more »

Nice pick iceman. Not sure why Eldunker won't buy you a beer!
I did not read the fine print either.

Ray really saved their bacon tonight...both at the end of regulation with the 3 and again at the end of the OT when he dug that ball out of Ginobli's hands (good no-call I thought). Bosh made some cri more »

Hey, I hate Miami too. But they were clutch tonight. The no-call on Ray was correct...he dug that ball out of Ginobli's hands...plus some incidental contact...good no-call. The no-call on Bosh's block more »

Couple of huge non-calls for Lebron and DWade there in the 3rd quarter! Love it!

Hope the Spurs don't let them back in the game.  They have Lebron nicely frustrated right now.

Love it! The Spurs really hung in there and didn't give up and they were rewarded.

In response to dirty52's comment: Would Rondo still have triple doubles if he did not play with the Big 3? Well...maybe he wouldn't be able to get 10 dimes every night without some decent shooters aro more »

This is an interesting angle but I agree with the last couple of posts that Rondo is worth more than this. Just becuase a player has the same production numbers doesn't tell the full story. Rondo is a more »

Hah! Great post Ortiz! I was just thinking the same thing and there was your post. I can see it now...we knock off Miami and then then bow out in the second round. I could live with that. Would not be more »

Not watching the game. Is Irving taking it to the rack every time and winning the game like a man in the last qrtr? Or are we just making dumb TOs that is giving it away? Ugh...

Makes sense...a rebound signals a new posession...it does not matter how it came about. So it's not all about height...speed, energy(youth) and enthusiasm help a lot. I keep hoping that Doc will...one more »

Question -- if a player grabs a "loose ball"...does this count as a rebound? For example, if the ball bounces off the rim or backboard and then bounces on the floor and is then grabbed by a player. more »

Gotta agree with Gman. There was some great chemistry between Rondo and AB so this will mean that they should be on court together as much as possible. Lee is able to score without needing much help f more »

It's a gamble. I'd rather sit PP for game 3 and then have him somewhat healthy for game 4 and beyond. Otherwise the injury will just never get a chance to heal. more »

They should seriously consider sitting Pierce out for game 3. Let that knee heal some more. It won't do that injury any good to keep playing every other day. Bring him back for game 4. more »
