About Me: Grew up a Dodger fan in LA, but have followed the RS since '67. Retired as a Master Chief after 25 years in the Navy, and now work as a consultant for the Navy in Pensacola FL. Drafted out of High School as a 3B by SF, but youthful indisretions got the better of me, and I failed to take my future in baseball seriously. I am socially and fiscally conservative, and believe this is the greatest country on earth founded on strong Christian values. I am also quite cynical, especailly as I get older, and it makes me furious that 60% of the electorate live under a rock.

One SP is what we need and I would look at either Houston or Miami for help. Maybe Fernandez or Nolasco.  Give the closer role to Tazawa or Uehara. We don't need any help on offense. "You don't save a more »

His swing is fundamentally flawed. His hips are flying open before his hands are through the zone. If I were the hitting coach, I would open his stance slightly so he can close on the pitch, and have more »

We'd be better off with Wake closing games or Farrell letting the SPs go the distance at least.

I was ridiculed for saying Iggy would hit close to .300 as an everyday player.
